Your personal information will only be shared with relevant helpers and will be protected in accordance with GDPR. We have a safeguarding policy in place and relevant volunteers have had a DBS check.
We aim to respond to most requests within 48 hours Monday-Friday but this is not guaranteed. Please consider this with regard to such things as prescription collection.
We can help with referrals to and collections from the food bank.
